Discovery Call: During a free 30-minute session we will find out where you are at in your life and discover where you would like to be. It is a customized way to get the health coaching you require.
I offer a three month program and a six month program depending on your needs. The programs include bi-weekly meetings and are completely customized to your individual needs.
Private yoga classes provide you with the ability to discuss your individual goals and needs and allow me to design a practice just for you. Reasons to book private one-on-one Yoga lessons: new to yoga, grasping the basics and learning the fundamentals. your personal goals and individual needs.
I also offer private group yoga instruction.
