Lately I have found myself spending more time than ever on my devices whether it is my phone, computer, or tablet. There is always room for improvement when it comes to my screen time. It can be completely withdrawing from technology, limiting the amount of time using technology, or minimizing your exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF’s). It is not practical to remove all technology in your life but making small shifts can support positive change in your well-being.
